British citizen living abroad cannot vote in local government elections but Thai we can.  a British citizen living in the UK can vote. registered to vote as a crown servant.  registered be for election.  The commonweaith no havein Thailand.   vote for local councilors in every 4 year.  who have most vote is the winner
